Couples Counseling

For couples navigating communication breakdown, trust issues, life transitions, or relationship stress. Sessions provide a neutral, supportive space where both voices are heard equally.

A genuinely affirming space for LGBTIQ+ individuals navigating identity, coming out, relationships, family dynamics, and mental health. Sandy is a self-identified member of the LGBTIQ+ community with research-level understanding of Thai LGBTIQ+ lived experience.

Workplace & Burnout

For professionals struggling with burnout, workplace conflict, performance pressure, or career transitions. Drawing on over a decade of corporate wellbeing experience across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
